Industrial coatings: surface prep and mixing, then brush, roll or spray (airless and conventional) in a respirator. Keeps the spray rigs running.

Plant-maintenance crane operator on crawlers and RTs, 25 to 140 tons. Needs current CCO certification for the crane, a DOT physical, 5+ years and lift-planning skills.

Erects, inspects and repairs fixed, rolling and hanging scaffold to OSHA rules, planning each build around the other crews. About 4 years industrial expected.

Assembles vessels, ductwork and tanks, rigs and signals the crane for lifts, grinds seams and tests finished vessels. Confined-space work; about 4 years industrial.

Plant-maintenance pipe welder. Must stick and TIG 2G, 4G and 6G on schedule 40–160 pipe, with 4+ years and a Zachry cert or a passed test.

Mixes grout and checks truck tickets, then screeds, floats and power-trowels slabs and walls, including broom finish and joints. About 4 years industrial expected.

Night-shift laborer. Hand fine-grading, jackhammer and pumps, site errands (driver's license needed), and ladders up to about 30 feet.

Picks rigging by load weight and size, hangs blocks off steel, sets up hoisting gear and plans heavy-rigging placement.
