The real story on who's worth clocking in for — pay, safety, management, and whether OT actually gets paid. Written by people who worked there, and confirmed by the coworkers who stood next to them.
// Earnings breakdown
All four are open. Shift Change tells you what a place is like to work, the Board tells you who is hiring, the Yard is the reason to come back on a day you are not job hunting, and Muster Point is where your own people already are.
What it's actually like to work there — pay, safety, management, whether OT gets paid on time. Written by people who clocked in, not HR.
The jokes, the gripes, the “you know you're a lineman when…” — the stuff that actually gets said in the break room. You post here under a handle, not your name.
Who is actually taking hands on — posted by people working the site, with the coworkers who confirmed they work there attached to every lead.
The hall you belong to, or the crew running your trade in your metro — and which of your people are already on here. Union locals are up; crews are being built.
// How it holds up
(this is the part that makes the rest worth reading.)
A post starts counting once two people you actually worked alongside confirm they were there. Not friends, not followers — coworkers with overlapping dates at the same site. Vouching carries more weight the longer you overlapped, and none at all with no overlap. When the second vouch lands, everything you have already written starts counting, going back to your first post.
